I am an Indo-Mexican Graphic and Interior designer by profession, dedicated to HEALING ARTS, DESIGN & DECORATION according to your Ayurvedic DOSHA type.
I was born and raised in Mexico, but I have visited India more than 16 times and lived in New Delhi (2005-2007). Every time, it is a completely different feeling and I learn new things from my cultural background.
My experience varies from holistic graphic design projects for healers, Yoga and Meditation schools, therapists, etc., to collaborating at the Embassy of Mexico in India as the Cultural Attaché (2006), creating my own Yoga clothing line named: sadhna mx (2008), to administrating Villa Ananda Ayurveda Spa (2016).
Due to my bicultural background, my curiosity has taken me to study Buddhism, Kabbalah, Hinduism, Taoism and many other courses and workshops from Yoga, Thai Massage, Family Constellations, Re-Birth Experience, Chakra healing, etc. I am also a Reiki I Therapist from the Usui Shiki Ryoho lineage by Mikao Usui.
I took an intensive Ayurveda Course in Goa, India back in 2014 and it literally changed the way I had seen life, myself and others. Since then, I have been reading and learning how to make Ayurveda easy to adapt to western life and habits and create powerful tools to have a better natural understanding of ourselves, others and the world. I went back again 2016 - 2017 to achieve deeper knowledge on Ayurveda Nutrition, Dosha Assesstment and Diagnosis.
